Changes to Community Land Management. The objective of this topic is to provide an overview of the changes introduced as part of the Community Land Management Act 2021 and Community Land Development Act 2021 and supporting Regulations which commenced on 1 December 2021, with a particular focus on new laws that provide for all aspects of community land scheme governance.
