SCA 2022 Australasian Strata Insights Report Webinar

The strata insights report is a comprehensive picture of the strata sector in Australia and New Zealand. The research, conducted by Hazel Easthope at the City Futures Research Centre, UNSW Sydney, contains data that is critical to illustrating the scale and ongoing growth of the strata sector, notably including the number of strata properties, their value and the professionals employed to serve them at national and state/territory levels.

This information is essential in advocating for the sector and its people, guiding future education and training, and in informing future government and business decisions. It will also play an important role in supporting ground-breaking academic research into the strata sector and facilitating international discussions, comparisons and collaborations, thus providing a voice for the broader strata community.
