QLD Webinar How to determine Resolution Types
Another committee meeting today but a new committee tomorrow who are looking to their new Body Corporate Managers’ understanding of resolution types. Knowing how to calculate a special resolution, conducting a poll count of same issue motions are key areas to showcase your professionalism and experience. During this presentation this will be expanded on through investigating how to deal with special and ordinary resolutions, highlighting what indicators of what to look for in the motions and create a clear understanding of how to distinguish a poll voting from a secret ballot.
