12.30pm: Player arrival and registration
1.00pm: Player briefing instructions commence (per individual bay)
1.15pm: Players to commence Tournament Game
Catering and beverages provided to each bay area
3.00pm: Tournament Game concludes
3.15pm Post Golf function BBQ and Award presentation
5.00pm: Event concludes
