Focusing specifically on the last 6 months, Pino Monaco, Director of GV Lawyers will deliver insights as to the outcomes of strata matters before the State Administrative Tribunal.
The State Administrative Tribunal plays a vital role in interpreting and applying the law as it applies to the Act and Regulations. If you’re involved in a legal dispute or anticipate being involved in one, staying informed about recent SAT decisions can be invaluable.
These decisions often shed light on the Tribunal's approach to similar cases, the factors they consider, and the reasoning behind their rulings. By studying these decisions, Strata Managers can develop effective strategies, strengthen their arguments, and increase their chances of a favourable outcome for their schemes.
