Join us for an exclusive member-only session from Sean Macfarlane, Partner at Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers where he will:

• highlight recent strata decisions made by the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT); and
• explain the significance of those recent SAT decisions for strata managers and your client strata companies, all in a 60 minute session packed with questions, ‘merch’ and the usual energy Sean gives to his audience.

Sean’s 60 minute update will be followed by:

• a sundowner overlooking the ocean with drinks and light refreshments.  

MEET THE SPEAKER
Sean Macfarlane is a Partner with Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, where he provides expert advice to help clients navigate the minefield of strata and community titles. In 2021 Sean's strata expertise was recognised with him receiving a Property and Real Estate Rising Star award by Doyle's Guide. Sean was Lead Advisor in Parliament to the Minister for Lands during debate and passage of the Strata Titles Amendment Bill 2018 and the Community Titles Bill 2018, the most significant reforms to property law in WA in over 20 years. Sean's six and a half year commitment to the strata reforms was recognised with the award of a Special Commendation at the Institute of Public Administration Australia WA Achievement Awards 2019. Sean advises many of WA's leading strata management businesses and represents strata companies in the State Administrative Tribunal and in court proceedings.
