Speaker Highlight
Stephen Brell

Stephen Brell, Managing Director of NetStrata and President of SCA (NSW) is a strata industry professional with over two decades’ experience and sits on a number of industry working groups.

Stephen is proud of the collaborative organisation that NetStrata is today. NetStrata have developed their organisation to be a full service Strata Management business who are passionate about customer service excellence and innovation. Creating and establishing their point of difference in the market and increasing their value proposition.

Stephen commenced his career at Netstrata in 1996 and has been the licensee-in-charge since 2001. Having more than 20 years’ experience in the property and strata management industry, Stephen is a licensed strata managing agent, real estate agent and registered property valuer. He has regularly lectured at TAFE NSW and for the Institute of Strata Title Management, now Strata Community Association on Strata and Community Title Management.

Stephen is a keen supporter of several charities including Hope for Cambodian Children, Camp Quality, Ronald McDonald House, Leukemia Foundation, and Amnesty International.
