Well-refined professional communication and conflict resolution skills are an imperative part of our role in the service industry as Strata Community Specialists.

Every day we deal with multiple cultures, personalities, and agendas. It’s only natural that at times conflicts will need to be resolved.

The ability to successfully resolve conflict depends on our ability to manage stress quickly - to effectively intervene, negotiate, and facilitate positive outcomes for all parties involved.

SCA (WA) is excited to announce we are bringing Bullshift in to provide this essential workshop for Strata Community Managers to assist improving your communication, through the development of techniques to utilise to resolve conflicts and perform professionally under pressure.
