Strata 360° - Antisocial Behaviour is a Property Services 360° view on antisocial behaviour in strata. The session is designed to assist Strata and Real Estate Professionals better understand the appropriate responses required and resources available to better manage antisocial behaviour strata schemes.  

Using case studies and a panel of qualified experts, antisocial situations will be examined to establish what the property professional’s role is in responding to these situations and what services are available to best assist.

The key subject areas to be addressed are:

• Harassment/Nuisance,
• Criminal and illegal activities,
• Behaviour that places the safety of others at risk e.g. hording and squalor, and
• Inappropriate behaviour by tenants, other household occupants and visitors that cause deliberate or reckless damage to property.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 1 March 2023 are fully refundable. Cancellations received after 1 March 2023 are not refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome. Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for 100% of the registration fee.
