Tea and Coffee on Arrival and Morning Tea

Audience:
Assistant to Strata Community Manager and Strata Community Manager Level 1

Strata Managers and Assistants play a critical role in managing and maintaining the operations of strata properties, and effective communication is key to ensuring smooth interactions with property owners, residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Becoming an effective writer reduces the substantial time it takes seeking clarification about badly written communications:

  • You will write less but be understood more,
  • Effective writing will enable you to get to the point swiftly and succinctly,
  • Less of your work will be edited and changed by other people,
  • Your writing will include better and more influential arguments, and
  • Effective writing will enable you to anticipate queries and questions and to answer them before they are raised.

By the end of this event, participants will have developed a solid foundation in Business Writing & Communication skills and contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of their strata management team.
