REEF Property Employment Update Webinar
Workplace relations can be complex and confusing, and as a property employer you’re constantly faced with changing laws. By attending this essential update, you can be sure you’re up to date with your extensive workplace obligations and what’s on the employment horizon.
This year property employers will be faced with a range of industrial changes as a result of the Labor Government’s introduction of the ‘Secure Jobs, Better Pay’ Bill, along with the Respect @ Work Bill that came into effect in late 2022.
In this session, industry experts Bryan Wilcox (REEF CEO) and Anna Egri (REEF General Manager) will explain the changes and bring you up to date with the main impacts they will have on your business.
Included in this session will be an overview of:
- Paid family & domestic violence leave;
- Prohibition on pay secrecy clauses;
- Increased obligations around flexible work requests;
- Extension of anti-discrimination laws and processes for sexual harassment claims;
- Changes to how you can advertise for staff
- Changes to Parental Leave; and
- A range of other employment changes on near horizon that will impact your business.
Attendance at the session will help you understand and manage these legislative changes in a practical and compliant manner.

the administration and ownership of
real estate businesses, and now as

respond to the complex employment
issues confronting real estate employers
on a day-to-day basis
