Session 1: Builds on foundations from the role of body corporate managers, the range of stakeholders engaged with and how to identify each the difference personality types of your clients, committees, owner and colleagues to deliver the best level of service. (1 CPD)
Session 2: Will look inward on getting to understand more about your own style of work, your personality type and the impacts of stresses you may be experiencing. (1 CPD)
Session 3: Draws from the content of sessions 1 & 2 and will showcase a range of techniques to deal with different personality type, techniques to deal with your own stress, communication tips and scenario worked examples putting it all into practice. (1 CPD)
