" What legislation falls into the requirements (Fire Services Act, WH&S, ATO Act)
" What timeframes must be complied with to ensure compliance
" How to manage the compliance and how to use the registers available in software
" Implications not meeting requirements could have on Strata Manager, Committee, insurance etc
" Processes internally in office to streamline the procedure
" Circumstances and triggers that would prompt the need to have new reports and certifications carried out prior to the minimum timeframe
