The overarching theme of this year’s Symposium is “The Human Factor”, which refers to job factors, human behaviours, how we work, and the environment. There will be an excellent array of speakers and some of the topics will include, managing emergencies, communication, leadership, negotiation, and legislation all of which relate to our theme.
