This event is being run exclusively for Committee Members. SCA Strata Managers are encouraged to register interested Committee Members and/or Chairpersons to attend this educational opportunity. Their attendance will help them better understand their obligations as a Member of a Committee and empower them to lead discussions and establish better governance practices of the OC. Complementing what you set out to achieve as their OC Manager. The SCA Committee Training focuses on good governance and how it helps strata committees achieve compliance with the strata legislation and meet expectations of the stakeholders. This training highlights when something is a legal obligation, as well as optional or suggested. Now delivered on-line this is a great opportunity for Strata Managers to extend an invitation to their OC committees to attend; in a time when remote learning is a key to staying connected.
