This course consists of:

• 4 days’ worth of content 8.30 – 1.30pm (breaks included)
• Student course book will be provided
• Online Assessment

The course will cover:

Module 1: Legal basis for strata communities, scope and limits of authority, general meetings, committee and board meetings and the development/enforcement of by-laws.

Module 2: Strata community management and leadership, roles and responsibilities, code of conduct, ethics, contracting and risk management.

Module 3: Financial and facility management, Financial statements, audits, income taxes and investments, collecting levies, budgets and maintenance.

Please Note: Participants are provided with 3 attempts to reach a pass mark of 85% for each module. If participants fail to achieve the 85% pass mark for any section and wish to join the SCA Accreditation Pathway, they will be required to attend (at a pro-rated fee) the 3-day A100 Face-2-Face course and re-sit the exam.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be given a Certification of Completion.
