SCA (Vic) presents: "Structuring Subdivisions, and planning controls and how they Impact Owners Corporations" Workshop. In this face-to-face workshop you will gain a wealth of knowledge form a legal expert and and a senior strata manager.
This workshop will grant participants knowledge in the following:
- The cost and the importance of good structuring and an explanation of restrictive covenants
- Section 173 Agreements: what it is and how they are enforced, the inclusion of guidelines and planning
- An overview of legal cases
- Outline of Model Rule 5.2 and how it impacts an OC
- An overview of other models
- The impact on budgets and maintenance plans
