Session One | Nicole Ceric
Learn from experienced, high performing Executive Assistant Nicole Ceric on the importance of your role, how to best assist the people you work with and how to manage a busy workload.

Session Two | Dr Darja Kragt, UWA
The focus of this workshop is understanding the psychology of resilience and applying contemporary evidence-based principles of effective workplace communication. The workshop will introduce active listening techniques and conflict-management skills (based on the Conflict Resolution Network’s 12 skills) and allow participants to practice these in situations of holding difficult conversations.  Resilience and coping strategies will also be discussed.
