Audience: Strata Community Manager Level 1
This session will
provide attendees with the basic understanding required to read and interpret
strata plans. Through practical activities, attendees will interpret strata
plans and identify lot and common property boundaries. Identifying
boundaries is crucial for strata managers to establish the responsibility of repairs
and maintenance in a strata scheme.
Strata by-laws then will be explored
to determine how one is developed, the criteria for them to be valid and
enforceable, and how they are enforced.
