Lynn has worked for the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) for over 18 years in various roles in dispute resolution and education teams. She has also worked in the private rental sector for 20 years dealing with landlords, agents and tenants and everything relating to rental properties.  With over 38 years’ experience with tenancy laws, Lynn openly shares her experience and practical knowledge with industry stakeholders, the community, and customers.
